OUR STORY

The Lolonis vineyards were established in 1920 by our ancestors Tryfon and Eugenia Lolonis. Tryfon traveled from Greece and searched throughout Northern California for a beautiful valley that reminded him of his hometown village, Vlaherna. He found Redwood Valley and purchased the 120-acre home ranch in 1914.

Many of our vineyard blocks are dry-farmed old vines planted over 70 years ago and organically farmed since the early ‘50s. We are the fourth generation to take pride in small-batch, handcrafted wines that blend the rich history of our family with old-world winemaking techniques. Our wine is produced from organically grown grapes that are glyphosate free.
